Refund policy

Evam Astu is committed to providing a smooth shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please read our return and refund policy carefully.


1. Returns

  • Due to the nature of our products being pre-ordered and specially processed, we do not accept returns or provide refunds once an order is placed.

  • Customers are requested to review product details carefully before placing an order.

2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or defective items.


3. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are possible for defective or damaged items only.

  • Contact us immediately after receiving the item to arrange an exchange.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (images/video).

  • We will review the issue and provide a replacement if applicable.
