Due to the nature of our products being pre-ordered and specially processed, we do not accept returns or provide refunds once an order is placed.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or defective items.

Exchanges are possible for defective or damaged items only.

Contact us immediately after receiving the item to arrange an exchange.
4. Damaged or Defective Items

In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (images/video).
